Q1. Read the below paragraph and write what you think about it. If possible give any real examples. You can ask the questions if any.
Exemplary leaders don’t impose their visions of the future on people. Instead, they awaken dreams, breathe life into them, and arouse the belief that people can achieve something grand. As a leader, I always want them to know what they do really matter and might make the world different. I think I can encouraging initiative in others by open discussion surroundings. I would encourage them to speak their thoughts and discuss their shared values. As a mentioned before, I would provide training and team workshop to encourage them share values as well as visions. Therefore, my ideals of exciting and happy life could influence my employees and I believe they would contribute their value to the company.

Some leaders may think “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”. This kind of attitude can be harmful to an organization in the long term. Leaders who are open and willing to hear other perspectives and ideas have a better chance of improving their organization in the long run.I was participating as support during the first “teen conference”. At the end, the event manager brought everyone together to share her thanks and dismissed the employees. I believe this action was a missed opportunity to improve the conference in the future. This leader did not seize the opportunity to hear from the entire event staff to discuss quality and real improvements for the future events. It becomes more difficult for staff to remember details about an event after the weekend has passed. Example of “seizing the opportunity” for employees would be recognizing values of employees have and actively incorporating them into meetings.
