Some items to include in this section: Which equations are solved to model the device? Can the model reproduce all the physics occurring in the device? Will the model match the measurement? Explain the trade-off between mesh size, grid, simulation time, and computing power.
4) Write the conclusions. If you fabricate the device, do you think that it will match your design? Simulations are used to reduce development costs and accelerate the time to market. Nevertheless, several iterations are needed to achieve the final performance
