I think that philosophy gives scientists a reason to be interested in studying science,
specifically biology.

What I am trying to say is that philosophical ideas might give

people, scientists, something to study or a hypothesis to apply the scientific method to.

For example, the god particle theory. I believe that the idea of a god has been

massively questioned for quite a long time, as almost every culture has their own god or

The questions about the beginning of the universe and the idea of a god are intrinsically

linked as we, humans, do not have a full idea of how the world we live in was created.

We have theories and ideas that likely are correct but we will never fully know.

The God
particle, or the Higgs Boson, gives mass to all other particles that have mass, such as

protons and electrons. In essence the god particle forces other particles to coalesce into

things such as stars and planets.

Philosophy certainly does intersect with biology considering that both areas of study aim

to understand the world better. Philosophy is the study of the nature of our existence. In

essence, it is the attempt to learn about the purpose of our existence.

other hand is the study of life and the interactions of different organisms. We use

biology to learn about the different mechanisms and applications of life.

Philosophy can be discussed within biology and vice versa.

Both can share a correlation
since scientists can use the principles of philosophy when conducting research on
biology.

Ethics are oftentimes a subject of philosophy which are for sure a part of
biology.

All in all, trying to make sense of the human condition is philosophy which
happens to account for the study of biology that aims for understanding life in general
