Justify your answer with a discussion of emotional intelligence and evidence from the case.
2. As automation enters the workplace, what are some motivational challenges that might occur with current employees? Cite two distinct theories of motivation to explain how employees might be affected. Next, make two recommendations based on the theories you cited that would keep these employees motivated. Make sure to name and clearly define your motivational theories, and use evidence from the case and from our class to justify your choice in theories.
