Barbara understands the value of diversity within the company. Because of the population served by UCCO facilities, diversity and inclusion are especially important. During the meeting, however, she realizes that there may be some issues with diversity and culture. In addition, how does diversity and culture affect team performance? Several managers made stereotype-based comments about work distribution and employee perspectives. She also discovered that there are numerous personality conflicts and subordination issues. During the meeting, Barbara witnessed the conflict and degrading remarks firsthand.
