Assess the risks, precautions, and contraindications involved with exercise testing.
Provide an example of a health-related physical fitness test for each of the following categories: body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.
Give three examples of indications for stopping an exercise test.
