Discuss your findings as they relate to you and your career in the field of medical assisting. Why would employers choose a candidate with a CMA (AAMA) over another candidate? Who is eligible to sit for the exam?

The third paragraph should list how an individual maintains their credential. What is involved and how many ways are there to re-certify?

The fourth paragraph should list any limitations or disadvantages of not obtaining the credential and any joining an organization perhaps location, cost, or time or lack thereof. You could suggest ways to get around this.

The fifth paragraph should give your own personal thoughts on obtaining the CMA (AAMA) credential.
