This section focuses on designing a questionnaire that will be used to gather qualitative data from interviewees in an effort to understand the connection between blockchain and other technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, and how blockchain has disrupted entrepreneurship. The use of a questionnaire was decided upon for this research because it provides a quick, effective, and economical method of collecting significant quantities of data from large sample populations (Flores, 2022). Questionnaires are useful for assessing the subject’s views, attitudes, intentions, and preferences (Flores, 2022). Through the questionnaire, the researcher will be able to collect qualitative as well as quantitative data as a result of using open-ended research questions, which will ultimately lead to more thorough findings. The following are the set of questions that will be presented to the respondents:

1. What do you understand by the term “blockchain”?
2. How has blockchain disrupted entrepreneurship, especially technology entrepreneurship, and how difficult is it for entrepreneurs to adapt to blockchain?
3. Compared to other technologies, like Artificial Intelligence, how well does blockchain technology solve business problems?
4. What are the main challenges associated with blockchain technology?
5. How can combining blockchain with AI help entrepreneurs solve problems caused by the complexity of using blockchain in their businesses?
6. Does the use of blockchain and Artificial Intelligence raise skill set issues and difficulties in adapting to new business models, and how can entrepreneurs solve those challenges?
7. Do blockchain and Artificial Intelligence integration complement each other or suppress each other?
8. Is the integration of blockchain and Artificial Intelligence a solution to entrepreneurship challenges?
