Everybody knows that cheating on exams or plagiarizing their homework is not good, but sometimes they do it for surviving. We should find causes of problem and collecting information before analyze become the rules. Should has level of the rules that using each cases.

Certainly, having backup cameras in vehicles is useful. Because if there is the disaster accident, this camera can record situation. Some areas where have accidents, but do not have enough cameras or do not have. Many cases can be improved by vehicle cameras. It is not just cars that should has camera another vehicles should have, too. The government might have strategy to use each states. It is depending on each stare.
