Students Posts:
1- Xing,
The theme of this year’s World Earth Day WWF is “Symbiosis with Nature.” 2020 is a “super year” for biodiversity conservation.
It took us millions of years to evolve not only an intelligent creature, but also an incomparably exquisite adaptive relationship with our living environment and other creatures. This relationship is not only a materially supported relationship (a good environment keeps us healthy, and abundant resources make us rich), but also a psychological and emotional connection. “Human” is the main body to protect biodiversity. Without human beings, or putting aside the human position, all of this is meaningless.
2- Isabel,
To summarize this article, it talks about the effects that is being affected by these climate and biodiversity losses. In my opinion, this article is very informative and something that everyone should be more knowledgeable in.
Since this is a New York times i do not believe that there are any biases in this article. They only provide informative information that can be beneficial to us if we want to make a change.
