Need help with a paper where I am to discuss healthcare delivery systems, where I am to identify a problem in a healthcare delivery system at my workplace- and what I could do as a -change agent- to make it better as a registered nurse.
*Because I work in mental health, perhaps the writer can discuss the “affordable care act” as a healthcare delivery system, and discuss how not all patients that are seen in inpatient psychiatric settings have health insurance, or do not receive the level of care they need because they don’t have insurance. Perhaps the writer can discuss the cost of inpatient psychiatric care? Maybe as change agent, the nurse can refer patients to community mental health centers with a sliding scale to help offset the cost of care?
