The quick adjectives that spring to mind while considering about hunting for a new work are “pain” and “frustration” – Let’s accept this, getting a new job is one of the most unpleasant experiences in our professional life – Spending numerous hours in putting our resumes together, searching for opportunities advertised online, talking to recruiters and head-hunters
that are focus more on generating money than on actually assisting us. confusing, we also fear that our present manager will find out and react poorly to us seeking for alternative employment options.
